Q: What are your rates?
A: Rates are per hour or part of any hour starting from £35 per hour depending on location, urgency and time of day

Q: Are materials subject to automatic warranty?
A: All materials supplied by us are subject to a one year guarantee from date of invoice.

Q: Do you have Employers Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance?
A: We have Employers Liability and Public Liability to £2 million.

Q: Do you have a Health and Safety Policy?
A: We have a full Health and Safety Policy which is available if and when required.

Q: What happens if I have a complaint?
A: All complaints are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Q: How can I pay for the service you provide?
A: Cash, cheque or credit card is accepted, payable on completion, a VAT invoice will be given. Accounts can be set up for businesses with faxed purchase order prior to commencement of the work.

Q: How do I arrange an appointment?

Q: Will there be a call out fee?
A: We do not charge a seperate call out fee, there is an hourly rate payable from time of arrival as detailed above.
